Migrating Content into Squarespace | $500
If you have a current website and would like to keep the content for your new site, l’ll gather all of the content and brand identity from your existing website and incorporate it into your new website. Since a big portion of your role is providing the content (unless you add-on copy writing!), this will save you a lot of time gathering content.
Scheduling (Acuity Squarespace) | $250
Acuity Scheduling is an “all-in-one appointment management” system offered by Squarespace. With Acuity, your clients will be able to see your availability at a glance and book meetings or appointments with you. You’ll be able to stay organized and save time. (Note: Acuity requires a separate subscription from your site subscription.)

01. Discovery
Complete the Website Design Discovery Questionnaire and schedule a free 30-minute Discovery Call to share about your vision and business goals.
I’ll confirm I can bring your vision to life and then provide a personalized proposal and agreement outlining all the deets!
02. Planning Call
After the paperwork is signed and you’ve paid to secure a spot in my calendar for your website, we’ll schedule a 1:1 Planning Session. We’ll dive deep into your website vision and ultimate goals.
I’ll also share the project’s overall timeline, and a content gathering checklist, so your project runs smoothly.
03. Design
When your project start date arrives, I’ll spend the first few days researching your industry and designing your draft homepage so you can get a feel of how your brand and content will come to life.
You’ll give feedback and suggestions. Then, I’ll build the full site.
04. Website Build
Once you approve the draft, I’ll design and develop your full site. All websites are designed using Squarespace. The Squarespace web design platform is incredibly easy to maintain, and is the number one platform I recommend for all busy entrepreneurs. I’ll create a site you can be 100% proud to share.
05. Reveal
As soon as I complete your website’s design, I’ll provide you with a password-protected link so you can see it for the first time! We’ll put the finishing touches on your website (including setting up your Squarespace subscription, linking social accounts, and connecting your domain). Then… it’s time to launch!
06. Launch!
The absolute best part of it all - your site is now complete and ready to launch! You will have an authentic, user-friendly, and search engine optimized website to help grow your business - cheers to us!

Depending on the service you've requested, my standard payment plan is 50% deposit is due upon signing to secure your project start date. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

While I do offer website audits and SEO edits on the Wordpress, Showit, Wix, and Squrespace platforms, I ONLY build new of re-designed websites for clients using Squarespace.
I find Squarespace to be the most user-friendly and it's a platform that's constantly evolving to provide more beneficial tools to their users.
Before your site is live, I’ll provide you with a video tutorial showing you around your new site so you’ll feel confident making updates on your own.

Yes! Every website is designed with SEO best practices in focus. All website design packages include my Squarespace SEO Audit & Optimization service. SEO is a standard in my packages.
You’ll always have the following included in your project:

At the time of booking, we’ll establish a project start date.
From that start date, it takes 7 days for The Established Website Design Package and 3 weeks for The Standout Website Design Package for your entire site to be designed in Squarespace, with all of your content and branding. At the end of your project, you’ll have a brand new professionally designed and SEO optimized website your small business can proudly call home.

Once we’ve connected and have a good idea of your project’s scope, we’ll schedule your specific website design build slot.
I dedicate my time to one project at a time, and usually recommend at least 30 days to gather content/prepare for your build slot so it’s completed thoughtfully.
