Acuity Scheduling is an “all-in-one appointment management” system offered by Squarespace. With Acuity, your clients will be able to see your availability at a glance and book meetings or appointments with you. You’ll be able to stay organized and save time. (Note: Acuity requires a separate subscription from your site subscription.)

Once submitted, you can schedule a free discovery call to discuss your project, needs, and vision.
Once we confirm we’re a great fit, I’ll provide a personalized proposal and agreement outlining all the deets!

After the paperwork is signed and you’ve paid to secure a spot in my calendar for your website, we’ll schedule a 1:1 Planning Session. We’ll dive deep into your website vision and ultimate goals.
I’ll also share the project’s overall timeline, and a content gathering checklist, so your project runs smoothly.

When your project start date arrives, I’ll spend the first few days researching your industry and designing your draft homepage so you can get a feel of how your brand and content will come to life.
You’ll give feedback and suggestions. Then, I’ll build the full site.

Once you approve the draft, I’ll design and develop your full site. All websites are designed using Squarespace. The Squarespace web design platform is incredibly easy to maintain, and is the number one platform I recommend for all busy entrepreneurs. I’ll create a site you can be 100% proud to share.

ItAs soon as I complete your website’s design, I’ll provide you with a password-protected link so you can see it for the first time! We’ll put the finishing touches on your website (including setting up your Squarespace subscription, linking social accounts, and connecting your domain). Then… it’s time to launch!

My standard payment plan for web design services is 50% deposit due upon signing to secure your project start date. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the website (i.e., during the handover after your site is designed!).
